Mark Bonin Memorial Scholarship was established in August 18, 2016 in loving memory of the late Mr. Mark Bonin who died that year. His legacy as a Community Relations Manager of Western Governors University based in California, becomes symbolic for his death creates an avenue to provide university online degrees scholarship program to all international students who has the passion in Studying in Healthcare programs.
Mark Bonin was a noble healthcare expert who always support programs to improve the healthcare services in Southern California. He was employed at Western Governors University in year 2012 to 2016, in those years he was the pioneer giving care to the health of other people.
Each year, a Mark Bonin Memorial Scholarship gives a value of $2,500 to a deserving scholar in pursuit of healthcare education like BS Nursing. The amount of $ 625 US Dollars for a period of Six-Months will go directly to the student’s account which is renewable for four years upon completion of the course program.
This is an online based curriculum program to all resident students preferably from Imperial, Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, or Ventura.
Eligibility applies to the new students either a bachelor or the Master’s degree programme in Healthcare studies. Must complete the online admission and scholarship application. Fill out the FAFSA or the Free Application for Federal Student Aid form. This Online Course Program is open to all so expect for a very competitive applicants and screening committee will choose candidates based on the academic track record, financial instability, and dedication for online study program, excellent competency levels and other due considerations regarding the health care professions.
This scholarship is for the neophyte’s students of Western Governors University only. Applicants can only apply 60 days before and after the start of the healthcare program with exception to the employees and spouses of the Western Governors University.
